Default my 98 scooby is back on the road!

eventually got the scooby back after the big end went! wee bit disappointed i personally didnt drop in the engine but a few of my mates did and i didnt see the progress.
they picked up a low mileage wrx engine to transplant in the uk but encountered a few probems. they had to use the manifold off my old engine as the coil packs were not dead centre and didnt want any hassle. also could not use the wrx turbo as again modification was needed and used the old one.

what sort of mod is needed to fit the turbo? i havent seen my mates in a few days to ask them or the actual turbo itself, but was thinking to undertake the job myself. they also mentioned that the turbo intercooler pipework was different as well.

saying that the scoob does feel a bit more sharper and gear changes smoother.

Why ? its rather pointless, and quite destructive, and wont make the car go any faster.

i think scoobs sound far nicer without the sh.ite bein revved out of them. i understand wee corsas, blah blah doin it, but scoobs are on a completely different level. u know what a scoob will sound like even if its not going! def dream car material.
