The new plugs might give you an extra 20bhp or so, especially if you are going to put them in a wood burner!

To answer your question seriously.
Well, its hard to say what power you would get with those mods.
You have missed an important factor, you will need a remap to accommodate these new mods.
But each car is different, mileage, servicing interval history to name a few all make a difference to what the final power output would be.
Maybe search the forum for other cars with similar mods to give you an idea.

take into account the car is a 95,its getting on now ,before any mods are done brake calipers/lines/pipes master cylinder, all coolant pipes boost pipes, clutch gearbox/engine and condition of overall chassis need to be checked and in top condition before you make any old car faster/more powerfull.

1. he is not using a manual boost device e.g. dawes device.
2. does not have a remappable ecu like ESL, ecutek, simtec.
the dawes device needs to have 1. the fuel cut lifted and 2. speedo restriction lifted if he want to raises the boost from 0.8bar to about 1.1 bar.
the mappable ecu can raise the boost even higher but then his chocolate internals are going to **** themselves after a while. his gear box wont be to happy either. he will need to monitor injector duty cycle (IDC)and ensure his AFRs are within tolerance unless he wants to lunch his engine in short order.
not as simple or as cheap as everyone makes out.
