Let's do the obvious question. Is the new engine you've fitted from the same type and model year of car as the one that came out, and did you fit a full engine - complete with manifolds, injectors and so-on, or just a short/long build?

Without wanting to sound like I'm taking the p*ss, can we have a bit of punctuation please? Making your posts more difficult than they could be to read means there's less chance of you getting the information you need.
Anyway, all that said...
What you've been led to believe and what the reality is aren't necessarily the same thing. For example, if your old engine had 380cc injectors and the new one has 440's (or bigger), that alone would explain the overfuel.
Seeing as you're new to all this, the easiest thing for you to do next might be to take the car to a Subaru dealer or specialist and get them to look it over. Beyond that, if you can make a note of the engine type you originally had (it'll be on the plate attached to the nearside suspension turret), and then try and note the type of the new engine (should be on a barcoded sticker attached to the centre cam belt cover), and post them up here, that'll help us work out what you've got.
If you can't see the numbers, it'd help us to know what model year and type your car is, and what MY/type the donor engine came from.

if it's a classic checking the injectors might be as simple as looking at the colour of them.
the 380cc injectors where mostly a grey/green colour and the 440cc yellow.
you can probably see them just popping your head under the bonnet. if you where closer i'd have a look at them for you.
also have your reset the ecu since all the changes ?

Location of the ID plate in the pic below, it's on the strut top.

Did you fit a turbo long engine, including inlet etc?
