Default classic starting problems

Hi gang i have a 1995 wrx totally standard which i was goiing to put up for sale until it started having problems.
Firtst thing when it has not been used for a while eg over night it starts no problem but if i go for a drive for any distance then turn it off it wont start again unless i leave it for a good hour or so. Can anyone shed some light on this as i really want to get it sorted and on the market.
Many thanks Graham

cam // crank sensor, temp sensor.

do you get the cel on the dash?
Maybe try an ecu check to see if that shows anything, followed by an ecu reset.

Hi

Sorry its edited and working now. Heres a picture of a crank sensor. The cam sensor is virtually the same except it is a slightly bigger diameter where it fits in to the cam cover.

It explains in the linked thread where to find them both. This is all information that I picked up from searches on this forum and was spot on...saved me hours of soddin' about and no doubt cash.

Mick
