I was wondering............I'm a bit confused...........

A ScoobyECU, as shown on www.scoobyecu.co.uk can it be that simple to reprograme your car?

I have a my96 wrx and am looking around to get it remapped. I live in the south of ireland and there is no one I can find who does this sort of thing here.

Is it a case of getting a ECU adapter and just fitting it and, Bada Bing, your car can handle 95 fuel and gives you more boost as well? What kind of bhp increase would you see?
Is this a piggy back chip?
How would you set the car up after fitting?
Is there any need to?
