Default Misfire

My engine seems to be misfiring! It's recently went in for a new clutch! On inspection there is a hose coming from the top of the inlet manifold! It's only about a foot long and Is sucking air! But I can't see another hole or clamp where it would go! Could this be the cause of my misfire? All help would be appreciated!
Cheers guys!
I have a 1997 uk turbo 2000!
No mods!
Full service including recent spark plugs!

there is a pipe going to the re circ valve and should eb a blanking tube/plug next to it check its on, and not missing, and try get exploded diagram from images see if you can spot anything until its solved or further input added.
if you can hear sucking air carefully look for the source/pipe/inlet attached to
