Misfire on 1/2/3 ??

Hi people my scooby is very slow at building up speed! Then the othe day engine management light came on and it's reading a misfire in cylinders 1/2/3 but not 4? Any suggestions? Thanks

you have a misfire on cylinders 1,2, and 3
