I have not had any problems and prices don't seem too bad relative to others in Herts - courtesy cars are hard to come by and you have to pay your own insurance which bugs some people, but doesn't particularly bother me.
Off on a tangent but I noticed an old film on called the Lavender Hill Mob - whats that all about?

Bought my car through them, i paid too much on the day it turns out, and they sent me a cheque back in the post! hows that for honest!!
If they were just a bit more local i would use them for servicing.

had my service done there today (2nd one), great job
(does this gimme a discount next time?)
oh and have the famous lavender hill hot chocolate - you must taste it to know what others are missing out
and also ask the nice lady behind the desk how they mr shark in the garage
(not even a bullet prove vest will help now)
