Angry Ebuyer

What is the point of them having a 'Customer Support' phone number if it NEVER fooking works. Seriously I've been trying now for 4 days and each time it's dead......

Its a shame as Ebuyer is good until you have a problem or question..

I have had to use the e-notes section a few times and have always had prompt and helpful replies.

Yes but my point is why provide a Support number if it never works. Might aswell just say that there isn't one and be done with it.....

My guess is that they provide the support number to comply with their Merchant. I bet if I found out who their merchant is a reported them they'd soon answer the phone.....

Don't start me!!!!

I tried for ages to get through to them......... the phone didn't even say it was engaged...... just NO Tone at all...

However, I did manage to get through, but it was later in the afternoon.....

worth a try....

Oh yeah....... don't beleive a word they tell you on the phone!!

they tell you what you want to hear and then do the opposite!!

I use eNotes if I have to contact them, the replies aren't the swiftest but they do get back to you. I even had a shipping refund from them when the courier failed to turn up on time, even though it wasn't their fault.

At the end of the day, their prices are cheap so the savings have to be made somewhere. I would use them again as long as it isn't time critical.

Fantastic prices on the majority of their hardware.
Appalling levels of customer support.

Bottom line, it's not often you can have your cake and eat it.

I think you managed it with my last pack of 8X DVD's including hand to hand delivery in lunch breaks.

Although what does that saying mean:

Of course if I want a cake, I'm going to want to eat it as well. LOL

Oh and my company will be buying all our disks and epson cartridges from you, I like to keep business local and have recommended you to loads of friends and business colleagues, so hope you get something out of that.

Can't find any of your stuff cheaper on the net.

Used Ebuyer tons of times and no problems at all only had to contact them once and did this using enotes which was not too easy but for a company to sell things at low low prices cut backs have to come from some where and i guess theirs in on customer support staff.

I will keep using them until i have any major troubles as postage always been spot on time if not early and saved alot of money from them.
