cant think what the name of it is but had an email ad (spam probably)

does it work, ie do you get 5.1?

It was probably DVDXCopy. Yes it work and yes you can have 5.1 if its on the original disc. You can choose which audio streams to keep or ditch.

You can buy it from http://www.dvdxcopy.com or get a 'demo' version from Kazaa.

Take a look here for other freeware apps that do the same thing . . . .

Get DVD Shrink. It's free and 100% better.

I use the latest version of DVDXcopy .... it can't get easier this
just put in both disc's and press go

the latest version has a copy the entire disc option and does a dvd 9 to a 4.7 I can't see the difference in quality with the compressed version.

It's a very good bit of software I've had no problems and copied over 50 dvd's.

I use DVDshrink and Nero..........get excellent results,dead easy to use and dvdshrink is free.
