how do you get rid of fallout?
ive not long had my 04 mica black impreza and i cant seem to shift the so called fallout! its leaving my call looking dull and when up close you can see it looks like it has a dirty film across it. its hard to explain but in a way it looks as if i have left it to dry naturally but this isnt the case! it also has alot of fine scratches and i want to get it gleaming again like my previous cars! auto glym polish wont get rid of either the fallout or the scratches! any advice?
thanks oli

you could try using a clay bar and then something like mezerna intensive polish to lessen the scratches but im no expert. im sure someone in the know will be along soon
and if you dont feel like sorting it yourself why not get a pro detailer to come out and give your car the works

Claying is one method, and using fallout remover is another. It also sounds like your car could do with a good quality machine polish which will restore the shine and depth to the cars paint.

Did you use an aggressive clay bar? There are several different grades of clay, ranging from very mild through to aggressive. If the contaminants are bonded tightly then an aggressive clay or chemical fallout remover may be needed. At least you're making progress!

Try Autoglym Super Resin Polish. it has a natural filler that may just do the job for you. Dont put too much, maybe use the red side of a German applicator.
Finish it off with Extra gloss protection and a wax sealent for longevity.
