First time I saw the ROC was in Gen Caneria

We where on holiday in Maspolaomas and it was on at the bottom of the road from the hotel

did not know until we got there

no neons (yet) and no dodgy washer jet light things.

Pete may have thought he saw neons as I went passed him at a speed that it was probably just a blur to him. Also the fact that he was probably about 10 storeys up on something
