It wasn't actually me who had the problem with the oil I shared it from another fellow Scooby enthusiast.
I bought mine from ICP I just wondered if there was a date on the bottle to go by? I will give it a good shake I may even empty the bottle first just to check.

Tim - forgive me for appearing stupid, but if the offending ester additive made no overall difference to the oil's performance, why did Millers decide to add it in the first place? As a long term user of Millers, I'm now inclined to switch to something else.
I don't think that is stupid at all, I was thinking the same thing. The only reason I can think of is because people like to see 'Triple Ester' on the can, so it could even be put in to keep the numbers up. I wish they would have given me a proper explanation.
