Default Which oil? Blob widetrack 73k.

Looking to service my blob widetrack. Pretty much standard apart from a straight through hayward and scott s/s exhaust and a remap on its way.

Have been recommended millers 10/50? Does this sound right? How much exactly do I need for an oil change?

Thanks

Can't go wrong with a nice bit of fully synthetic Millers, brilliant oil and it lasts.
Opie oils do service kits etc : www.opieoils.co.uk
I use Millers CFS 10/60 in my forged 2.5 STi and it loves it.

Remember to manually fill the new oil filter first, and tap out any small air bubbles and lubricate the seal with fresh oil before winding it into the modine unit.

As for volume, not sure, maybe 4.3 or 4.5 litres for the sump? Lots will know the correct volume.

You'll also need a new crush washer for your sump plug. Pence from a main dealer.
Nothing more rewarding than doing your own stuff on the car, just keep the receipts / invoice and make a note on there of the mileage and date when done, good for the history of the car.

As said above, 10w/50 Millers is spot on. I'm going to use 5w/40 in winter and 10w50 spring/summer/autumn.

Also best practice to remove crank position sensor and crank engine over a few times after a oil change, Just to make sure oil has circulated before you start the engine.

Mine takes exactly 4 litres to the full mark.

Ok millers it is then, icp sell millers cfs and opie oils sells millers nanodrive cfs. So what is the difference?

And just to confirm is the small oil filter part no 15208AA12A correct as apparently there is a larger too?

One last thing also does anybody know the part no of the fuel filter pls?

Just run a 5w40 or a 10w40 fully synthetic, if the car doesnt drink oil then there is no reason to go for a thicker one.
