With 2 worn tyres & a puncture picked up today on a good 'un, its an opportune time to change the full set from OE Bridgestones to Toyos on my MY01 OE wheels. But before the credit card gets swiped, I would really appreciate it if any of you could give me an idea of the current going rate for Proxes.

I got mine from REVOLUTION (0191 4770785) for 380 quid inc vat and balance etc for four.I have got to admit that they are a lot better than the pirelli I had on.

Got mine for £428 all in fitted....but I live in the expensive SE...so I was quite happy with that. They have done about 300 miles now, and I'd already rate them as 10 times better than the OE Bridgies.

The 2 things that strike you are
a - much lower road noise
b - better turn in

Havn't used them in anger yet.

I payed just over £400 including in that was balancing alignment etc thou

I have managed to get them for £400 all inc (inc fitting) from my dealer. I tried hard to better that elsewhere- but no chance. Pick them up tomorrow morning.

scooby_si, MY01 OE wheels are definitely 215/45/17. I didnt check everywhere for prices, just wanted to see if my dealer was being competitive or not as my need was fairly urgent with a puncture & all. Seems as if they were. Job done.
