did you clean the hub face with WD40 and emery cloth before fitting the discs to make sure they were perfectly clean.this will make sure the discs are running true
Are all the caliper pistons free to move easily , if not they can cause the pads to drag on the discs and overheat them warping them.

How did you bed them in , it maybe pad deposits on the discs , do some hard high speed stops and see if it makes any difference.

Did you have them from me , if so they are guaranteed for 12 months
Cheers Ian

The pads wont need changing , only the discs if they are at fault , go and try the stops and see if it makes any difference.

How did you bed the brakes in ?

I will send you out a pair of discs straight away if they are needed

Cheers Ian

Hi
Try some high speed stops over the weekend and give them death ! it might be pad deposits on the discs , which will clean them up , if not i'll get a pair of discs sent out to you.
I wont be able to answer you until sunday afternnon as I'm on the Rally GB all tomorrow and sunday.
Cheers Ian
