does anyone know what the tyre pressure's on the standard 03, 17 inch rims should be . subaru garage said they think it should be 32 front 30 rear. when i collected it ,it was running at 38 all round, seemed to wander the back end a bit when shutting off, not drastically, not going over fast either. can't say it was loads better at 32/30, which brings me to ask the experts among you. tyre size is 215/45/17 potenza's. thank's again

Work in a garage M8 and some of the brand new cars that come throu are running 38 - 42 PSI in them! Thats what one of the mechanics was telling me anyway. Your car has obviously not been P.D.I'd properly!

It's in the manual!!! It's also on the drivers door frame thingy. Mines in garage now so can't check but think it's about 2.0 rear/2.1 bar front. But as I said - its in ht manual.

I think it's meant to be 33 Front and 32 Rear - well that's what I run mine at!

i've got any MY02 WRX and funnily enough stopped off to do the tyre pressures this morning. The sticker on the inside of the door actually says FRONT 2.3, REAR 2.2

which seems much lower than most of you are suggesting?

2.2 /2.3 refers to Bar - instead of pounds per square inch. 2.3Bar = something like 35 pounds per square inch!

MY 03 WRX had very high pressures in the tyres when I checked them as well - around 38 psi!!!!
