From your list, forget Falken and Pirelli, and add S03 to Toyo and F1.
No such thing as "best", it's whatever suits your own driving style and budget.

I have always used F1's on previous cars as they suit my driving style.
I've always found that in the wet they are the most controllable tyre I know. They also wear well with my driving. I've got a set of P1 wheels with PZero tyres and I don't like them at all. As soon as I can afford to replae them I will.

on my classic i have 215/35/18s toyos i was a little worried when i moved up to 18s as i was told they dont handle as well as 17s
initially i thought that was right as when they were new set off to see how good they were and oops loads of understear followed by understear
so took it a little easier for 500 miles and then suddenly they started working just as good as 17s just needed a little scrubbing in so defo toyos for me especially with the price they are £125 for 215/35/18s

I had FK451's on a set of track day wheels for my MY01, were poor in the dry and lethal in the wet, which is why I didn't recommend them......

I'd second Dave's comments on the Falkens, cheap and nasty!!!! SCOOBYS, if you look at the tread patern properly they are NOT the same as the F1s. If you think that your kidding yourself. I wouldn't ever chose a tyre on price, it's your only contact with the road!!!!!!!

Totally agree with the Falken comments! I have them on my 18's and they are beyond poor on wet roads. I only have them because the set of alloys and tyres seemed good value at a grand all in. I intend getting them changed in the not too distant.
