well i've finally got them...and their in!
After hankering after a set of defi's for years they are in!
Had a few problems with the weather which mean't i haven't been able to connect up the sensors yet but ive put all the wiring through the bulkhead ready for the next dry couple of hours.
Ideally i wanted amber guages to match the clocks but these were to good a price to miss so i went for it - the contrast looks pretty good so am well pleased
I've also put the controller unit in the pocket so its out of site when it needs to be.
You can't see from the pics but the pod has a knocklink built in to it. when it came to fitting the pod wouldn't fit properly in the resess so lucky for me my brother is going to remote mount them which will solve that little problem!
what do you think??

Looking good, will be interested in where you threaded the wiring through the bulkhead, was looking at mine today, and access internally is not very good, need to take a closer look when the rain has gone.

John - i used an un-used gromet, which is inline but slightly lower than the turbo. They pulled though just above the clutch pedal - if your around on wednesday give me a shout - it was much easier than i thought it was going to be

Looking nice Rob. Do you still want that boost pressure hose? Let me know.
I'm going to sell my gauges now and get a Secs unit instead. Fitting will need to cut and add too many things. Anyone want some Autogauges in a Nomad pod?

So far I've also recorded 97 degrees peak value for coolant temp, 1.35 bar peak boost, 6963 peak RPM's and 129mph peak road speed (private road of course)
(Loving those Defi's though )

I picked up and fitted the s.e.c.s unit today to complete mission control! does anyone know a good place to look and understand what 'normal' parameters are for all the different values?
