F*ckin hell, again! Your brake lights do work, don't they? At this rate you'll know the boys at the bodyshop on first name terms! Sorry to hear this Chris, hopefully all will be well (and shiny) soon. Look on the bright side you'll have to borrow one of them Mercs to run around in. Taylor.

You should have Legal expenses cover with your insurance, they will sort it all out. If your at the meet we can have a chat then if you want.

That's bad news Chris.
Let me know if you need a lift next Wednesday, I'll be happy to pick you up and drop you off at home after the meet?
(I posted a reply to this yesterday but it seems to have disappeared - problems with the website last night I think......)

What I would say about yours being fixed (and not wanting to teach you to suck eggs) - make sure you're happy that it's the boot panel that is out of shape and not the chassis.
I had a shunt in my 205 GTi a few years ago which damaged the bonnet, wing, etc. I got it back, looking absolutely superb with everything fixed and all the panels smooth and the gaps between the panels even.
It also went on the laser alignment but the chassis must have been twisted and even though I asked them to check it out again, it never drove the same again. It always felt like the back end was steering the front

Buoy oh buoy. Hope you're recovering fella. Suggest you drive home on different roads. Having said that there are, unfortunately, so many r soles about you'll probably meet one whatever route you choose.
If you get a good payout get a 22B - you know it makes sense.
All the best
GCS.
