lop sided....help

Can anyone help. Ive just noticed that the rear nearside is sitting aprox. 1 1/2" lower than the rear offside! I cant notice any difference in handling though. Do I ignore it or what can it be?

Maybe a duff spring?

I would have thought that a 1 1/2" difference would make the car feel very odd when you were driving around? Sounds like something to sort out fairly quickly. Can't be that safe.
