Default 54 plate 354bhp blob wrx for sale

right guys and gals i might be having a mad moment but ive decided to put my impreza up for sale,i need things for the house,we have a holiday coming up and my mrs needs a new car so it could do with going.

54plate wrx in 01g silver
1st registered in jan 2005
im the 4th owner
98,860 is the mileage as of today

i bought the car from previous scoobynet member jasewrx after i seen he wanted a part ex for a civic type r,so i drove down to weston super mare handed over the keys to my civic and drove back with my 1st scoob

before i bought the car i rang powerstation to confirm they had done all the work the previous owner was claiming and yes they had.........infact as soon as i read the reg no to them they knew the car very well.

the car has been awesome and other than the engine going it has never missed a beat and always got me to where-ever i was going

the standard gearbox started to make a whine and as i need a reliable car i changed it just to be on the safe side,i bought a low miles version 6 sti close ratio box/diff from matty @ pole position, the gearbox was rebuilt by api in late 2008 and has now covered 58k,it came from a car running 380bhp and has been faultless,it was fitted to my car around 5 months ago with new oil in the box and diff and a stage 2 organic clutch bought from rcm

the cars original engine failed @57k in 2008 (bottom end) so it was taken to powerstation for a new uk sti bottom end to be fitted along with a cosworth oil pump at the cost of £3500,this engine lasted 41k until it let go around 5th june this year as we drove it off rcm's dyno (bottom end) i was gutted and really suprised this happened as it had regular oil changes and the cossie oil pump but something failed and that was that.

i purchased a 72k sti long engine with avcs heads from trusted breaker matty @ pole position and i wanted it to give it the best chance so it was fitted with a new timing kit/rcm water pump/thermostat/modded 11mm oil pump/rear crank oil seal and full rocker gasket set,all work was done by paul & den @ pr developments less than 4 weeks ago, also it was treated to a full coolant flush (comma x-stream g30) and fuchs 15w-50 oil with genuine subaru black oil filter.

when i got the car last year the brakes were in a bad condition so i had new discs/pads all round/new fluid and all the bolts cleaned up and re-copper greased

the car has a few minor points

1-there is a small split in the paint on the rear spoiler which has let water in,i have been quoted £150 to fix and respray the spoiler

2-there is obviously usual stone chips on the front end but as its silver the car still looks very presentable-quoted £200 to spray the front bumper/splitter and fog surrounds/covers

3-there is a small scratch (1" long) on the o/s read door

heres the list of mods

ENGINE....

sti long engine with avcs heads (not running the avcs yet)
rcm induction kit
650cc injectors purchased from cannon fodder late last year, these were flow tested before fitting
rcm headers with venturi up-pipe (magma-wrapped)
japspeed 3" de-cat downpipe (wrapped)
afterburner de-cat center section 3"
afterburner raptor exhaust
vf35 turbo (bought from matty @ pole-position-this was actually fitted to the engine that i have now)
sti top mount intercooler with sti scoop-tray (rare)
rcm 340 fuel pump
ngk pfr7b plugs (done around 500 miles)
oem recirc valve
scoobyworx/viper intake silicone pipe
sti inlet manifold with tgv delete
air-con removed as it wasnt working

mapped by duncan on rcm,s rollers then road tweeked when new engine was fitted, producing 353.9bhp and 365+FT/LBS @1.45 bar

most of these mods were fitted at the start of june 2013 and as such all gaskets were new genuine subaru ones

BRAKES...

powerstation porsche 997 gt3 6 pot calipers with 355mm ap 2 piece discs and brembo sport hp pads, the discs were from rcm late last year and the pads came from alyn @ as performance

ap dot 5.1 fluid late last year

rear discs drilled/grooved from aztec performance late last year and ebc ultimax pads aswell

braided hoses all round

SUSPENSION....

uprated front and rear anti-roll bars 22mm
rear strut brace
eibach rear camber bolts
anti-lift kit
subaru alloy rear arb link
standard shocks and springs altho i have a second hand set of bc coilovers coming in the next 10 days for an additional price

INTERIOR...

standard black interior in very very good condition-no rips/burns
depo gauges (boost/oil temp) in 2 gauge pillar pod mounted on drives side
hard-wired road angel
jvc-xr811 double din head unit
sti mats all round
gorrila tints-limo-black

EXTERIOR...

ht autos front splitter
sti winglets
zunsport grill
de-tango/black surrounds headlights
sti 8 replica rear spoiler
clear side repeaters
high level rear window wrap-around spoiler

WHEELS...

18" team dynamics pro-race 1.2 wheels in very very good condition,3 of them have pirelli p-zero rosso's and the other one i can remember,i had a flat and they had no p-zeros in so i went for a different make (not cheap, think it was £140)

i have just taxed the car at the end of june for 6 months and the mot is until november 18th 2013

i have 2 boxes full of paperwork (1 for the car and 1 for the engine supplied by pole-position),i have the original sales invoice and all hand-books

the car has been the pride and joy of all the owners and has had over £15k spent on her

she uses no oil/water and doesnt overheat/tap/knock/bang

other than the few negatives she is awesome and gets compliments wherever she goes,i dont drive her hard as i only drive ger 5 miles to work and 5 miles back so she is just getting warm by the time i get to work/home and i work 6 days a week so she rarely gets a good drive out

there is an rac trackster fitted but not activated,i have all the paperwork for this so you should be able to subscribe again.there is 2 keys both were fitted with new batteries late last year and both work, there is also about 4 litres of fuchs oil to go with the car

i have only ever put v-power through her

i would take a cheaper car in part ex as long as its not a heap of ****e as i need a reliable car for work

the price is £5250 ono - now before people start crying over the price as its just a wrx, look at the spec, look at the pile of paperwork i have, you can drive this car straight away with out the concern of having to do the timing kit/water pump/rockers etc as these have all been done in the last month

the car has been worked on and provided for by the most trusted names in the business

roger clark motorsport
powerstation
pr-developments
as perfoprmance
pole-position
scooby-world
scooby spares

im in no rush to sell and to be honest if she doesnt sell i will keep her as ive invested a huge amount of ££££ in her,i will not entertain time wasters/dreamers,i dont **** about and if i think you are wasting my time i WILL remove you from my property.im not wasting peoples time so dont do it to me

You will probably laugh, but just thought I would throw this out there...

I only have a £4k limit...so wondered if they may be some mileage is us coming to an agreement whereby you maybe removing some of the mods and sell them separately and then I give you £5k for what left..?

Don't want it to come across as an offensive offer, but thought it was worth a mention..
