I did an oil change on my blob wrx at the wknd and the sump plug looked like below,
Should i be worried? Im not 100% sure when the gearbox oil was last changed.

you mean thats a GEARBOX Sump plug.......your post isn't clear
common to get some debris build up on the gearbox magnet, there doesn't appear to be any large particles so normal wear/tear
