Cool Cleaning Products Advice

Hi

Im after a bit of advice on the Meguiars Range

I was planning on buying the 3 stage crystal set and a quik clay to get rid of the tar spots (which they is many)

I know swissol is highly recommended but its just a bit out of my budget at the mo.

Does the above seem ok Its a silver MY03 WRx and I want it to shine!

Cheers

I have used Wax Wizard (Now Zymol) on my Silver Impreza and was recently looking for something a bit more reasonably priced even though the results were outstanding. I concentrated on the higher content of Carnauba wax which is the expensive bit and in my searches came across this site
http://www.seriousperformance.co.uk/...ics/r34_01.jpg

I haven't tried them yet as you have to phone/fax the order through but, assuming they are genuine, I will give them a go for their wax. Can't open the site now to tell you the exact make but it was the £17-£18 one classed as the best and it's a US make that I have never heard of before.

Hope this helps.

I use Auto Glym products -
shampoo and conditioner
Super Resin Polish
Car Glass polish

These products are very good and do the job very well!

you can buy shampoo and conditioner, Super Resin Polish,Car Glass polish, a sponge and polishing cloths pack for about £16 in motoring stores etc..

Default meguairs

Use the first two stages of the meguiars. The first should get rid of the road grime/tar spots if not use the clay bar. The second is a polish to bring out the colour. Instead of the third step use the Gold Class Wax. This stuff is awesome for the money £12. It goes on easy and does't leave any residue like some of the others.

I've used the MEG range and it's great!! Lot better than AUTOGLYM and i've used that for 15 years before using MEG last year and I'm now sold on it!! If you have any problems with the product phone them up and they are great with there advise. I've got a 02 STi and they said the 3 stage one would be to much and the GOLD CLASS WOULD BE ok! and there products leave very little residue!!
