Meguiars - what products to get?
I think i've decided to go for some meguiars cleaning stuff. Would have gone for Swissol but i think it's a little too expensive to justify.
Thinking of going for:
Gold class shampoo,
ScratchX,
Clay bar,
Gold class Wax.
Does this sound about right? They have so many products it's difficult to work out what you need! My car is an MY00 Deep blue mica.
Cheers

I have the same colour car and I got top results with:
Gold Class shampoo,Stage 1 and 2 of the crystal system. The first stage gets all the crap off and the second is a polish.
Then I use the Gold Glass Wax.
I had no need for the clay bar as I got all the crap off with the Stage 1.

I've been using various combinations of their products.
Currently, wash, clay bar (a must if this is the first time, you will be surprised how much rubbish it lifts), then cleanser/cleaner (I think this is stage 2, you could use scratch x instead which I would do if you have heavy swirls), polish (the stage 3 I think) then a wax ( I started with the C wax, stage 4, but now use the Gold Class wax as it lasts longer and not alot of white powder).
Mark.

Not used the scratch X but use the tyre protector spray that smells of coconut. Thats really good coz you can use it on any black surface (bit like that back to black stuff)
