Default An unsung hero.

Sami Hyypia.

After 10 years of service, Sami will hopefully pull on the red shirt and play his last game for Liverpool tomorrow.

Well done big fella. You've been a colossus, and will be missed by reds everywhere.

Fair play to the guy. You don't see many jonny foreigners staying at a club for 10 years outside their home country.

I remember when Houllier was in charge and had Hyypia and Henchoz at centre back. They were bloody hard to get past, nearly as good as Rio and Vidic

He's learning to control his temper. Does he have more tantrums than most premiership plaers? I think not. They are all a bunch of pansies!

Unprofessional? How? I think he is an ultimate professional with his desire to win and wis will to sacrifice himself for the team.
He plays with a passion not many in the prem have. He's a born winner.

Loyalty? How is he not loyal? Because he left everton to better his career and reach his full potential?

Fair enough he made a mistake with the hooker, is anyone perfect with no skeletons in their closet? Are you?

Rooney is the ultimate team player and is the one charging round for 90 minutes to help his team win. He is a fighter
And does so more than any other premiership player. I take it you see him every game to know this? Or do you read the papers
And believe what they say?

Bottles it in big games? When?

Sorry if my post is random I'm on me BB!!!

Thats just bollocks, he alongside Tevez is the hardest working team player United have got.

Examples of bottling in big games please. As for loosing control, yeah again that will come with maturity. Duncan Ferguson he is not. Least the guy has fire in his belly.

Next?

Get back to NSR Nat, Sport is a troll free zone and Rooney is God my player of the season.

Hyppia scored me many a point in my dream teams down the years i'd say his best seasons were 99-2006, tailed off a bit after the arrival of Beni, not Spanish enough for him

Been a great servant for Liverpool. They gave him a great send off looking at the pics. One of the best in the air.
