Question

Been riding MTB and roadie lots this yr.

Want to invest in a t/trainer for winter but have never owned one and i dont know anyone who has.

Looked at the Cyops fluid trainer which i like the sound of as it will be smooth and quiet.

Anyone got a tt or an opinion?

Cheers

Matt

Hi Care

It will be a road bike I use on the tt (I MTB and ride tarmac).

Is there a web site where i can take a look at the trainer you are talking about?

Agree about getting out and riding, which i am doing but this is ready for the dark, cold, wet, i cant be arsed in a few months time.

Cheers

Matt

I'd warn you that unless you have a goal or are very determined then if you're like me you will find sitting on a TT very, very boring.
I can manage about 1hr absolute max but I set out what I'm going to do (ie 2 mins flat out, 2 mins rest, 30 secs max in 1 gear, 30 secs rest, 30 secs in next gear upo, 30 secs rest etc). By the end of that I am just about melting !
