Big thanks to everyone who braved the weather last night. Great night (again) I am sure we can make this a monthly event and keep the numbers up.

Pizza hut was a good crack even though the guy was force feeding us with juice all night (no wonder certain individuals were a bit hyper - too much Tango and not enough food you know who you are )

The run later on was really good it worked well. I will look forward to some good photos and video.

Thanks again to all,

Ian

P.S Yes Pete you have the loudest dump valve I think everyone in Pizza Hut realised that

Yep, twas a good night _ definatly dodgy Tango though.
Only bad point, Scooby developed a problem on the way home - more investigation needed but not looking too good

Johnny, That was my 1st thought too but its strange that its only happening on one chip and everything seems Ok on the other.
I think I really need an AFR to check whats happening there.

Yeah it was a good night.. Despite the weather!!

Pizza Hut was good, as was said, the guy was on a mission to force feed us juice, I had taken about 2 or 2 drinks out of my glass and he came over and asked if I wanted a refill. lol

The drive was good laugh, and I think that there should be a good few pics/video to come out of it. Nice wee chat with the Police after being back at Sainsbury's for a while, thought we looked well dodgy!!

My scoob didn’t develop a problem, more of a slight niggle, during braking now I get a du-dum, du-dum, du-dum.. Like there is something on the face of the disk or pad, or something. But its only when braking, and its not THAT bad, just a little irritating!!

Roll on the next one............

Cheers,
Grant

Oh....

Here was me thinking that it was a small thing, something I could live with!! I'll take it down to my mate at National Tyres tonight after work and see if he can look it over for me, if worst comes to worst, what are the biggest discs I can fit with 4 pots, and the cheapest place to buy them?? Also apart from the visual difference (if any) is it worth the extra over the standard sized brakes??

Cheers,
Grant

ye beat beat me to the little pink statement - scoobynet changed and i forgot my bloody password.
& do you see how white my cars is!

petes car

yeah great brakes - luckily just bedded in for the evening, but i never needed to use them much, think pete liked the sound of my dumpvalve going psssttttssshhh the amount of times i had to lift off behind him!!

pizza hut was cool - if only cars ran on 7up or thon "apu" dude worked in an optimax garage! - "free refill sir"

lookin forward to the next one and to see the run-in evo8 fq330 in action - at least some competition that way!

Talking

I did a post in reply to this thread peebs, but with the board being as reliable as it has over the past few days it`s vanished but an edited version of the post would go somethin like this :

Nyle, wake up fella, get some real lbf-ft below the wheels before gettin lairy.
Once u r in the ball park lemme know bud so i can not feel so bad rippin the p155 outta ya

Mark next time grants squealin like a pig, bitch slap him

RE paintwork, thanks for the comments peebs & BTW GET IT UP YA
Jus thinkin though, it`s probably the first time a few of u have seen it up close, normally it`s a wee speck way upfront in the distance when looking out your windscreen.

Russ, u`ve given me a top idea for the makeover / respray (bitch)

Keep it real peebs
Pete

dude when u eventually catch up u can see me lairy - 1.3 ton 300lb/ft is no match for 1.05ton with 240lb/ft - when u can do some arithmetic and work out how slow you really are let me know - i'll still be waiting!
and dont forget, its not all staightline stuff! see u soon and good luck!

oh and can all footage please be given/copied/loand to either me and/or pete for the production of a discrete dvd montage of the evening. cheers - see u all at the next one1!
