Default Graham Goode Timing belt

Anybody used these timing belts?

Seems a very good price, I have emailed them and they claim to use these belts on all their Impreza engines including big power builds

Hi there

Personally I would speak with Alyn@AS Performance about the Gates racing Kevelar timing belt kit,we are using this kit and Gates making timing belts for Cosworth

Emailed them again, its Dayco that make them, apparently specially made.

For the uninformed what exactly are we looking at in these photos
that mean the belt is unsuitable?

some of the kevlar is exposed on the running surface of the belt which would make it a weak point and could cause failure.
