Whatever it looks like at least it's not as ugly as the hatch

It definitely looks better than the Nurbur Spy Spots, and always nice to see one in silver (best colour next to white!)

11.50 - the presenter really does look like he is letting out a little sex wee everytime he changes gear

Who needs the burble? the far superior JDM twinscrolls dont have them, but the 'full chant' TS wail is far more pleasing

Does have a Mustang feel to the front end, very 'Robocop'...

Its definitely a step up from the hatch...cant wait to see the STI...has there been any spec release yet? I imagine the power will be around 296bhp?

Why no flared arches? I dont understand this decision with Subaru deliberately wanting to make their cars look unremarkable. They had a niche market that thrived on spoilers, big wheels and flared arches and decided to throw it all away.

Well flared arches, spoilers etc was based on rally cars which is where their fundamental R+D went into - they wouldnt of spent billions designing a 'rally esque' car just for the road. As thhey dont rally anymore, I imagine the car is now designed around a different set of principals and requirements, tradition is a dying sentiment unfortunately!

At last..... a 2ltr turbo charged twinscroll for the UK (assuming we get it that is)!

There's a storm coming, and for someone that has owned 2ltr twinscroll's since 2005 - it's going to be one hell of a ride guys and girls.

When they all test drive a TS, the price of conversion kits is gonna go up. Start stockpiling now

Very true and very sad. Still, I dont think it would have taken much to have incorporated some flared arches. That would have set it apart and have grabbed my attention once again.

Oh dear! Looks like we have a car aimed more at the VAG group than anything else now.

Might it not get flared arches in STI form?

I think it might turn into the new bug eye, everybody hated them at first but now they are appreciated as good cars.

Still wish the new one looked more like the concept.

Great place for an oil filter though, no more getting it up on axel stands etc, interior seems nice too.

The guys face 11:53 :-)

This is another review singing its praises, looks better in black but it still looks a bit like a camel to me.

Looks like it but thats not much good for people like myself who are only interested in the WRX due to budget and family usage.
