Dont think I'm gonna sleep tonight!! Guess the power game
Well it's been a long time coming, car went off the road at the tail end of 2009 and hasn't been back full time since between one thing and another.
Anyways fingers crossed tomorrow will see an end to this with its (hopefully) final map.
Car is going to see Russel at HQ Garage through in Dalgety Bay at 13:30 tomorrow.
Cars General spec
2.5 CDB
Scoobyclinic Billet 30 turbo
Scoobyclinic twisted up pipe / downpipe with 3 inch decat exhaust
Zen GT spec 2 style headers
2.5 heads with 1mm oversize valves both on intake and exhaust
Cosworth cams
Crower Rods / Cosworth pistons
Standard STI Nitride crank
Custom V Mount intercooler / Rad / oilcooler
1300cc injectors
Custom swirl pot with 300lph in tank pump and Bosch 040 external pump.
Fuel Lab FPR set to just under 3.5 Bar
Zen Dry Sump system
Apexi AVCR
Haltech Platinum Sport 2000 ECU
Engine put together by Steve Whitson of SW Motorsport in Penicuik
I'm sure there are bits I have forgotten.

Well ended up having an issue with fuel pressure dropping off. On high boost map it would rise to 6 bar then tail off to 4 bar at high rpms. Turned out the fuel pump was only getting 11.5v due to the power being taken off the in tank pump.
Ended up getting 461.4hp and 414 ftlbs of torque at the wheels on high boost so approx 550 bhp at the flywheel. High boost was 1.8 bar.
Was very happy at the way the intercooler was working as on 1.85 bar my charge temp was 21 degrees when ambiant was between 11 and 14 degrees.
Will post up graph shortly

Basically because a good mate of mine was able to get it at a good price and at the time of me buying it it seemed to have greater functionality and processor over the syvecs. However since buying it the syvecs has overtaken the Haltech.

Regarding the fuel pump, are/were you running a second pump of the feed to the in tank pump?? As I am going to be fitting a swirl pot and external Bosch fuel pump to my bugeye and am looking at the wiring. My initial thought is to run a feed from the battery with a relay switched off the OE pump feed. Or run two relays one feeding each pump with the OE wiring only switching the relays.

Mine was set up with the external Bosch was piggybacked off the in tank pump, if you give your external pump a direct feed from the battery via a relay you should be fine. Remember to fit an inline fuse just after the battery just to be safe
Edit .... With the other side of the relay being triggered with a feed off the in tank pump, remember to have a good ground from the external Bosch to the chassis.
