Default classic with rear arch rust

Me and my mate gonna do my passenger side rear arch corner as its rotton ,

we have been told you can use part of a front wing ..

has any one done this,got any picitures or links that could help us ,

it will be sprayed by body shop but i got a welder and i done seals and moddified parts so trying to keep price down

any help

the problem you will have is that most of the rot will be in the corner of the arch where the bumper bolts to the rear wing. you will need to cut that section out. you will be able to see from inside the boot what needs doing once you start cutting. i am actually doing this at the mo because i had bubbles on the outside , 10 x worse inside but i`m fitting bond on arches so at least what ive cut will be covered

what thickness metal are people using for patching the sills? need to do mine at the weekend

They are flared arches off abw but instead of rivet on they are bond on
