Cool Do I need a remap

Yesterday I baught an afterburner backbox
And an afterburner centre pipe, once there
Fitted will I need a remap? I live on the Isle of Wight
And there are no decent remappers here,
Which means a very expensive trip over on
The ferry to mainland! Could I do an open
Source remap on it here? Would that do anything or
Would I still need a good remap? Any suggestions

Not for just a Cat back exhaust, It will be fine you only really need to start remapping when you decat or fit a sports cat etc.

As long as you don't touch the cats you will be fine, but that's probably as far as you can go without needing a remap after that pretty much everything you do power related will need the map altering so if you are planning on anything else then do it all in one hit and save yourself alot of money especially having to travel to the mainland, although mappers will come to you but at an extra cost, you would need to work out what was the cheapest option to yourself, they are all really decent guys who ever you choose and most of them if not all will travel to yourself, I know that Bob Rawle and jgm do a lot of traveling about but as said others will also travel

No I don't believe they have a cat in them, it will state on your receipt if it had, normally says "sports cat" on the invoice

Hi Johnski,

Center pipe does not have a cat in it. Center pipe is located between cat and backbox
