Default De-tangoing my blob sti today

Well im finally getting round to de-tangoing my front lights today. Got the lights out no problem, hardest bit is seperating them but did this eventually with a heat gun. Im just letting the primer dry on the surround as im writing this before i give it a coat of satin black. Will update with pics later . Oh and as the lights the lights are out i thought id bang in a set of 4300k xenons and chrome indicator bulbs

Easier in the oven, but all the time depends on what oven it is elec or gas.
My elec fan oven only took about 4 mins to soften glue.

Back in oven for reseal so the old glue can soften back up for easy fit again and then get some extra glue from shop and go round it again for airtight seal. No condensation.

use a hot air gun its easier! then heat up and hold together for a couple of minutes to avoid moisture in the lense at a later date

Did you do them in the oven or with a heat gun? Did you follow a guide? I can't seem to find one on here.

Cheers
