Hi guys - got some of the official Scoob aerodynamic ones on the fornt and back of the MY02 wagon. Look the biz, easy to fit and about £50-ish IIRC......

Forgot to say - that's for all four.....

I followed the advice of some previous threads and fitted the £10/pair Sport mudguards to my WRX instead of the pukka OEM £50/pair jobbies. To say thet are tacky and cheap looking is an understatement. I fitted them anyway (including drilling my front arches!) because I am paranoid that my coded cills will get chipped to ****. But boy, are they an embarassment!

Is anyone making/going to make an acceptable set of decent mudflaps or do we have to shell out £100 at a dealer or £400 for STi rally flaps?

JJ

(I have digital photos if only I knew how to post them)

Can't help on the mudflaps, but as for posting pics check out Uploader

You may need to reduce the pics to bring the file size down.

Harry_Boy,

Forgot to ask ..... are the wagon arches un-flared and therefore totally different?

Hiya Mate - I'd post some pics if I had any..... I'll try and get some done this weekend, unless someone beats me to it!

They look a bit like the aerodynamic guards that are on stuff like Renault Scénics and the like - ie. they are flared outwards at the leading edge, and tend to be longer, rather than deep....

Yup, the wagon has rounded arches, but I think they all work (and therefore fit) using the same principle. Gotta say, they definitely work!

In that case us turbo saloon boys need to eyeball them. If they are as classy as you suggest £50 for all 4 corners sounds v interesting,

They're in the 2002 accessory brochure, but the pic's very poor. In fact, it's hard to see which way round they are.....
