Is the wastegate arm operating correctly? If it's stuck shut the car will overboost massively and the turbo will overspeed very quickly, getting very hot and cooking the oil around the bearings.

will check now got a rebuild kit if need's be the car did get hot not long ago could of damaged the turbo

If the turbo got hot too, the wastegate arms can warp causing them to stick.

wast gate is moving freely as it should could i just have cooked my turbo with it getting hot so needs a rebild ?

Throw that 18G in the bin sonic....
With your build you could run a bigger turbo and still be well in the 'safe' zone.

got a gt35 in the loft lol going to a 20g soon but going to stick around 400bhp stil no matter what i run turbo wise
