I love the Audi R8, I've been in a family friends a few times, the only downside is you sit really low, you kind of feel like you're looking up at all the other traffic, it's a wicked car though and I'd love to own one
R8's aint that much quicker than a well modded scoob and costs a quarter of the price...
It's not just a performance thing though with the R8. You have the looks, performance and prestige with the R8. Other than performance the scoob has little else, they are not the prettiest looking cars are they
Personally if i had the dosh to buy an R8 I wouldn't, for me its GTR everyday of the week however I wouldn't say no if someone gave me the keys!!

Mate. If I wanted a pretty car I'd lop off my manhood and strut around calling myself Prucilla. Scooby any day . They look good in a manly way instead.
For the money of r8 or gtr I would have a used Lamborghini gallardo but now I can stop dreaming am more than happy what my sub 10k jdm sti can give me, great performance per pound and within my budget. Even if I won the lottery I would keep the scoob, although a lm400 would be fitted
