Right i am looking at buying from a fellow Snet member but they have NO forum itrader feedback but have been on here for about 3yrs and have been buying and selling in that time according to post history. I will be using paypal and it will be confirmed as a goods transaction, so am i going to be fully covered by paypal or is there a chance i could still end up £250 out of pocket? Just being cautious what with all the scamming going on lately.....
Cheers

So long as you mark it as a transaction for goods then you get all the protection offered by paypal, you'd only be at threat if you sent the cash as a gift or payment owed. I've had an attempted fraud happen to me during an ebay deal, paypal were quick to sweep in and sort it out.
The only thing to be wary of is when you get the item check it's all ok before you sign for the delivery, you'd still be protected if you didn't but the other party would have a slightly better chance of not refunding the full amount if you had signed for it.
I'm sure if the seller has been trading on here for years you would have found any bad deals when searching their posts.

As above really.
If you can't check the goods upon receipt, for whatever reason, make sure when you sign that next to your signature you put 'not checked' or 'n/c'.
Re- iTrader score, we've all got to start somewhere

I bought a set of morettes just before christmas but they need new covers, so I may just get replacement covers for those yet.
