at the moment i have a full unresonated decat system on my uk turbo classic and the backbox is a graham goode 3.5" tailpipe, its only 3 months old but its a bit on the quiet side, im looking for something a bit louder and deeper without going down the jap style route, was thinking either h&s or the racebox, afaik the racebox is also made by h&s, just wondering which one is the better sounding, ie deeper and which one sounds meaner when you give it some??

This may help you decide! I had a Ninja 1 BB, and actually wanted it quieter so bought me a Racebox. You may find it too quiet maybe??????

Hi ..
My 2p's worth.. I think you will find it too quiet.. I had 1 put on my car when I bought it, found it too quiet, no real burble.. 2 weeks later bought a TSL Group N backbox.. now that's a good exhaust Found it a bit too raw as I had a straight through centre and the reverb thro the car was bad .. changed to a Prodrive and it was just right
Recon you should try the Prodrive..it's deep esp with the decat I now have ..and finally changed to a Ninja1 which is actually LESS deep than the Prodrive ..

RaceBox is poop IMHO! get the H&S ScoobySport...

3" DP, 3" reducer 2.5" centre, H&S Scooby Sport BB...

Apologies ..seem to contradict myself .. I found the Prodrive deep , miles better than the Racebox, sounded fine but didnt give off the soundtrack I was after .. Droned a bit too much.. The Ninja roars now when accelerating and burbles on tickover..recon the H+S will prob sound "better" when giving it some beans compared to the Prodrive but consider the Ninja 1 or even better the Ninja 2..to me the best I've experienced ..esp handy as it has the bung for those early morning starts..but it wasn't decat so find it hard to comment

yer i got ninja 1....i kinda wedged the bung in due to starting at 6 so just drive thru my gates and past neighbours bedroom window and take out...in for about 3 mins.had no complaints.im thinking of fitting a afterburner centre section now....see if it can pop etc on downchange
