If Scooby Clinic owned it last, I would imagine they would know every bit of the car and what it has had done..........
How do you know they owned it last? On log book?

I PERSONALLY wouldnt have anything to do with a car from them, i bought my type r from them and it was a horror story literally and cost me big time in the pocket and they wanted nothing to do with it. I had a real case to claim this back using the legal route but due to family issues it wasnt worth the extra stress.

Yeah because many people seem scared to speak up about them because of the flaming they receive on here and peoples blinkered ways. When i posted up my experiences i had a massive respose but via pm. Be warned thats all i will say.

Well. I spoke to Kev from Scoobyclinic today and he was more than willing to help. He actually told me the full history of the car. To be honest a lot more than what I was expecting to find out!!
I was defo right. This car has had quite a lot done to it over time. I just wish i could find out what a switch on next to the intercooler water spray button is. I think i am going to have to rip out the dash this weekend.
Might take a trip upto Scooby Clinic soon though, see what else I can find out.

Thanks guys and gals!!

Nothing that i can tell?? I did try timing the car from a certain speed in the same gear to a final speed i chose. A few times with the button on and a few times with the button off to see if it made any difference to the pick up. Not 100% convinced, but i think i was getting a second difference between the two, but that could just be human error. I suppose a dyno run will really show if it does!!
