Can you please let me know how often what time or mileage scale i should be changing my gearbox and diff fluids

If, as you stated in a previous post in 2023, that you have owned your "2.5 sti impreza for 17 years" (making it a new MY06?), how is it you don't have a Subaru UK "Services and Warranties Booklet" for it, which would give you the correct info for the above ??

 

Yes as stated i bought my car New in 06 it's a FSH car with Subaru and less than 48k miles , the question i asked was nothing to do with what subaru recommend it's to what other subaru owners do

 

They are both cheap and easy to do, so I just change them every 2 or 3 years. I expect that the service schedule has much longer intervals though.
