The Dark Side of Ownership
I always felt the hatred from other motorists since owning my scoob for little over a year now. But today I had my real taste of the raw hate in its most physical form.
Someone decided to key my rear boot lid, and for no good reason whatsoever. As if you need a good reason to carry out such a callous and cowardly act, anyway. I was rather annoyed as you can imagine but only at the hassle of getting it painted from my regular bodyshop.
This is the funny thing though. Just imagine the hate inside the person who did this act and how they must be as a person. It gives me solace to know that I am still happy and smiling and that they are full of malice.
So fellow Snetters, when someone is up your backside on the road or cuts you up, just rise above it and revel in the fact that you are sitting on the throne that they want.

It's my greatest fear so far of owning my 'proper' scoob TBH, someone vandalising it. Whereabouts in East London are you? I'm in East Hackney. Luckily, my estate doesn't suffer car crime at all that I've noticed. (Maybe because criminals don't **** on their own doorstep too much)

I remember Jeremy Clarkson having 666 etched into the roof of his Cossie. I was always on edge at the same time that the same fate would become my car. In 3 years of ownership, however, the only incident was an attempt at stealing the rear spoiler, thwarted by the fortune I spent on securing it. We live in a sad country....
Hope you get it fixed without any problems.

When I was a nipper, Eric Morcombe visited a relative in the village. Some muppet carved 'Watford' on the bonnet of his Bentley - some people just can't help themselves....
