Oulton Park, Sweet Lamb in Wales and I am sure there is a new one near Ruthin at the Llaclinog forest complex in North Wales (Sorry about the spelling of Welsh forest names.) The best place to look is the Motoring News at the back there are loads there, also if you are going to the Wiggin Tree on the 13th I will try to bring some details.

I did the full day rally course at Silverstone and it was absolutely superb.
Needless to say, in reality, I was complete pants at it but in my own head I was Colin McRae (except in a mark 1 escort with cherry bomb exhaust) brrrmmm bbrrrmmmm
Its the only driving course I've done where the instructors are urging you to go faster rather than warning you about the consequences of exceeding a 3500rpm limit
Not quite north west but certainely a bit north
Cheers

many years ago, Geezer and I went to the Welsh Forest Rally School. Top day out. At the time it was run by a guy called Geoff Churchill but now the Higgins family run it, you know Mark Higgins bunch.
I think a search on the 'net will bring this up. They are located in Caersws between Newtown and Machynlleth

Did the one Maxwell Straker mentions - its called 'The Forest Experience' BTW - about 3 yrs ago and was tuitioned by Mark Higgins himself (just signed to the Ford WRC team, I believe)!
The drive with Mark at the end was awesome.
Great time...but there again, I 'won' the champagne at the end of the day
..I'll just get my exteremely big hat and be off now...
