Measure the two sizes needed and give Demon Tweeks or any other Samco stockist a call and they will sort you out

Depending on the size diff, you may be able to take a knife to the inside of your current pipe and enlarge it slightly

You can get straight or 90 degree Samco reducers from rally Design or Merlin Motorsport

The spiggot on the hard pipe to the throttle body is 35 diameter.
You therefore require either a straight or 90 degree silicon pipe of between 34 and 38 (1.5") diameter to join on to the spiggot. Any of these joiner diameters will do the job. Use soap if it is tight or slightly pack out with tape if it is marginally slack.
The STi 3/4 type dump valve is approximately 34mm inlet/outlet. The STi 6 flanged BOV is 29 diameter outlet.
If someone has a version 1 or 2 BOV ie. MY 92-96 they can advise the inlet outlet diameter. Same for New Age cars. From memory, the version 1 and 2 BOV is only 25mm diameter.
Because of the variation in BOV outlet diameters it is not possible to include a universal silicon joiner for the spiggot connection in the kit. In addition many people have after market BOVs.
I keep flange adapters for MY 99/00 and New Age in stock. The spiggot connection on these is 38 diameter and any silicon joiner 34-38 diameter will do the job. I also have a limited number of 38 x 32 90 degree bends and 36 x 25.
You can either join the BOV to the 35 diameter spiggot on the hard pipe and plumb in from the BOV outlet to pick up the OE BOV pipework or leave the BOV in the OE location and plumb from the BOV spiggot to the BOV inlet.
Again because of the variations in diameters and locations of the BOV it is not practical to include the pipework in the kit.
When a reducer is not available, one of the tricks is to cut off a ring of silicon pipe and split it open, square, so that can then be cut to the exact length and inserted inside the silicon pipe coming from the hard pipe spiggot thus reducing the outlet diameter.
Photos to follow which should make all this much clearer.

Whatever you do, do not cut material from the inside of a silicon pipe unless you want to weaken it.

On VTA systems a silicon joiner from the spiggot to the BOV is all that is required but the VTA system while satisfactory on MAP ECU cars, it would not be my preference on engines running with an MAF sensor where it is better to recirculate the expended charge.
