Default Help me decide

I have Silver WRX MY04

Need help on deciding wheter to:

1) Keep the small WRX spoiler
2) Replace it with a UK300 spoiler
3) Replace it with a GB270 spoiler (not sure how this would look on a MY04)
4) Replace it with a genuine STI spoiler
5) Get the Dr Motorsport
6) Get the non GRP sti replica spoiler from Scooby xxxxx (can remember their full name but they were selling their old ones for much cheaper)

Thanks All

I'd keep the small wrx spoiler. I have a silver my03 wrx and I think the smaller spoiler gives it's it own character. Only my opinion of course.

I like the prodrive spoiler on the WRX, only trouble is they're as rare as hens teeth to get a hold of second hand and bloody expensive new.

Keep the small one...View my Scooby...

WRX's with STi spoilers can look good on the right car, but sometimes they look like you're trying too hard. Roof vanes look good on the WRX's and offer a nice bit of aero and styling for much less effort.

I got a genuine STi item on mine so that would be my choice, cost me an arm and a leg though!! The replicas however don't look that different and are usually half the price fitted and sprayed. I would prob have got a replica but they weren't widly available when I bought mine. The only thing I have spotted the is brakelight is clear on the genuine item, red on all the replicas that I have seen. That would bug me and I'd need to change it. (OCD anyone? )

Midnight runner where did you get your front-bumper winglets/airdams from? Where they easy to fit?

Genuine Subaru items, £135 inc vat (came painted aswell) make the front end look a lot more purposeful! Esp if you fit an under splitter which I have never got round to doing.

Part no's

Quite simple fitment really I think but I didn't actually fit them as I didn't want to drill holes in my bumper, and I like the comeback. They just clip to the front bumper using original holes round the back and underneath, and have a couple of popper/studs to fit down the side of the bumper. Put a strip of masking tape down the side of the bumper, offer up the winglet and mark the position and drill. The garage I took them to (Graham Walkers in Chester. They are a Subaru specialist) took one hour labour for the both of them, and they hadn't fitted them before. Incidently, I think they charge about £400 to fit and paint an STi replica spoiler if you go for that and are anywhere near by. Wish I knew that before I bought the genuine one lol.

I bought the scoop (genuine Subaru item) from revoulution motorsport £220 plus painting, and fitted it myself. Similar price from Subaru as well, but Rev do mail order and I'm lazy . Mine will probably be up for sale though soon as my car may be getting changed (the scoop that is!)
