would it be safe to run 1.2 bar on a td05 turbo, the car is a my96 with a full 3" decat and induction kit
did nt want to run it at this till i got some good advise

Fuelling should be uprated as well.
The turbo can handle 1.2+bar of boost.
Personally I would get it remapped as well.

Uprated fuel pump,possibly better fuel pressure regualtor, to see that enough fuel gets to the engine if you want more boost.

Injectors may be near their maximum at that boost level as well

how will i prevent fuel cut then, is there another way to lower the boost at all i put a mbc on my car at the weekend and 1.2 bar was as lowest as i could get it !!!!

Fuel cut defender, do a google search and you'll find plenty.
But get it set up by someone who knows what they are doing (unless you do of course )
