First tip is turn your Caps Lock key off - it generally means you are shouting or angry
Second tip, have fun but be careful. I own an MR2 which is a handful on its own in the wet (RWD), but I have driven Scoobs. They are very quick.
Get used to the car first before pushing it, and have fun.

Yes I'd second the previous post. I'm only 2 days into my first Impreza turbo and everytime I "push it" it scares me so be careful.
Just make sure the car's been regularly serviced and that it's coming from an owner that's cherished it if you can...And enjoy! I can't stop driving mine!

Have fun

Got my first scooby (MY94) nearly 3 years ago now and they are a top motor, but they need looking after, ive thought i looked after mine - changed oil myself approx every 2-4K (allways get Subaru oil filters) and decent oil (5-40 fully synthetic), dont use odd sized tyres I did had 55s on the front and 50s on the back (whilst waiting to wear) and did my centre diff in, get a service or repair from a good place, either main dealer or someone who really knows their stuff, someone gave me a price for relacing the diff at £120 quid and I knew they didnt know anything both from price and their talk.
Oh and look on here first.
