Sigh. Done a search on here, and I think this gay ticking noise im getting from the engine which increases with revs, is the boost control solenoid. god dam its annoying, is there any way to quieten this down? or stop the ticking? Im sure its got louder, or perhaps im just imagining it because now im listening for it.

It just sounds like nakerd cars used to on grand theft auto 1 (if anyone ever played that lol)

Yes the ticking is a bit annoying but do what I did & buy a Blitz NUR Spec!

I sh4t myself when i first heard the injectors chappin away, they are quite noisy, but for peace of mind just pop the bonnet and listen, just solenoids doing there thing.

I think us scooby owners are a bit paranoid due to the bad press these awesome cars have because of idiots who dont look after then and hence kill them, look after it and it will look after you

mine does the same, only seems to that audible when the engine is cold tho!
