press it and it sprays water over intercooler which intern means air going in is cooler and engine runs cooler, i think on some models its is temp controled and some you have to press to make it wotk although dont quote me on that

Bottle is at front left of engine bay when you open the bonnet, says I/C on the lid.
Oh and goes down very quickly, but no point using it this time of year as the air is cold and damp already
