It's only 260 PS and that on 100 RON fuel. So I reckon the bhp will be below 250. It's knocking on a bit, so you can shave a bit more off. With a perfect launch you might get under five seconds.

That kind of time is through red lining it and then side stepping the clutch. An M reg car won't like that.
A better metric would be it's 30-70 time which would be comparable with today's crop of hot hatches.

I'm biased, but they really are good motors - they have the Z4 ecu is greatly improved over the earlier (Ver I) ecu. 260ps (I think that's 256bhp in english - on 100ron fuel), a bit lethargic off boost, but slightly closer ratios than the Turbo 2000, giving good sprint times. I'd go closer to 5secs dead for the 0-60 dash, but you'll be lucky to find any factory data..... I think top end is around 140-145 mph..
